Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. We will comply with applicable requirements regarding shipment delays, customer consent, and refunds.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

All purchases are subject to our published Return & Refund Policy.

Solar panels are designated Final Sale for change-of-mind returns due to their specialized handling and freight shipping requirements.

Eligible unused and uninstalled products, including certain microinverters and accessories, may qualify for returns within 30 days of delivery.

Approved non-defective returns may be subject to return shipping charges and a restocking fee of up to 15%, as disclosed in our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes remedies for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products where required by law.
